Our friend Susan was robbed in Buenos Aires!
It was years ago, and she's fine. An intrepid love of travel is common among Passman fans, so we know that this sort of thing happens occasionally. But it's tragic all the same.
Far worse, what was stolen had immeasurable sentimental value: a ship's wheel pendant. Susan was part of the first all-women sailing team to sail around the world, and she wore that pendant throughout her voyages.
We were honored that she trusted us to recreate the pendant which she had dipped into all the world's oceans, and that's why she named the piece the "Seven Seas"
