Order Info

You've looked for the perfect piece, you've shopped around for it, you've imagined yourself receiving a million compliments wearing it, and now, you've bought it. Making sure you (and only you) get your piece right away is of paramount importance to us.

If you have any question about an item, sizes or fit, please contact us before ordering. We are happy to help. In most cases, we will contact you before sending a fine jewelry order to make sure everything is correct. Passman and Asch/Grossbardt collections can be custom made to your specifications.

Terms and Conditions

Payment is authorized and captured at the time an order is placed. Our jewelry ships according to inventory status; most Passman & Asch/Grossbardt items are made to order and typically take 3-4 weeks to ship. In stock Appalachian State Fine Jewelry usually ships in 1-3 business days. If your purchase is time sensitve, please contact us before ordering. Residents of NC and NV must pay applicable sales taxes.


The following is for U.S. domestic orders only. For international orders or inquiries, please contact us. All purchases of $899 or less are shipped insured USPS Second-Day Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Pieces priced above $899 are shipped Priority Overnight insured and require an adult signature. We typically add $50 for Priority Overnight.

Customers should contact us to have packages held at a secure location or waive any policy.

Return Policy

All sales are final on Passman & Asch/Grossbardt Collections, with few exceptions. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on all Appalachian State Fine Jewelry. Items must be returned in their original condition, new and unworn for a full refund. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before returning any item. We are not liable for any items returned without contacting us first.

Try It Before You Buy It

Eligible items are labelled with Brindle & Figg's Try It Before You Buy It. How it works: We'll ship you the piece to try for up to three days. When you realize how much you love it, keep it. If it's not exactly what you want, send it back to us with no further obligation. We'll even pay return shipping.
