Terms and Conditions:

For all paid-in-full new purchases of jewelry or gift certificates greater than $1,990 (including discounts but excluding any shipping and/or sales tax charges) made between 5:00pm EDT on Friday 28 April 2023 and 5:00pm EDT on Sunday 7 May 2023 ("qualifying purchase"), Brindle & Figg ("we", "us", "our") will place an order and pay for a bouquet of fresh flowers and the delivery of same ("premium") on your behalf to the person you designate at no additional cost to you. 

The minimum value of the premium will be $75.00, including delivery service-imposed fees and charges.

Fulfillment of the premium will be through the use of common floral delivery service(s) (e.g. FTD and 1-800-Flowers).  As such, we are constrained by their: product selection, delivery service areas, available delivery times, number of characters/words permitted on the included greeting card, and/or other general restrictions and limitations.

You must provide us with valid delivery information including: recipient's name, phone number, email address and street address where recipient can accept delivery of premium.

Otherwise subject to the terms and conditions here, we reserve: (a.) the absolute right of the floral selection used to fulfill the premium and (b.) the right to limit this offer to one premium per customer.  However, this offer may be combined with other offers, discounts and premiums currently in force.

In the event that, after exercising reasonable effort, we are unable to ensure delivery of the premium to the intended recipient on or before Mother's Day (14 May 2023), we reserve the right to substitute the Premium with a preloaded debit card valued at $75.00 delivered to the shipping address provided for the qualifying purchase.
